11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and presided over by a single, neutral arbitrator.
If any court action is necessary to enforce this arbitration clause or the arbitrator’s decision, such action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
